LotShift Terms of Use

1. Purpose

LotShift is a decision-support and productivity platform for automotive sales professionals. It helps draft messages, track leads, and analyze sales patterns. It is not a replacement for professional judgment.

2. Account Access

Access to LotShift requires an account, which may be gated by an invite code during the beta period. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and PIN secure. Do not share your account with others.

3. Data Ownership

You own all data you input into LotShift. Your customer records, messages, notes, and configurations belong entirely to you. LotShift claims no rights to your data.

4. Message Drafts

All messages generated by LotShift are drafts intended for your review before sending. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all communications before they are sent to customers. LotShift does not send messages on your behalf.

5. Accuracy

While LotShift strives to provide accurate lead scoring, coaching insights, and message suggestions, these are estimates based on available data. Sales outcomes depend on many factors beyond the tool's analysis.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of LotShift complies with your dealership's policies, applicable TCPA regulations, CAN-SPAM requirements, and any other relevant laws governing customer communications.
