📋 Daily Workflow tap to expand

1. Import Lead — Copy the FULL customer page from your CRM (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.) and paste it. LotShift auto-detects name, phone, email, vehicle interest, visit notes, and communication history.

2. Draft Message — LotShift analyzes the situation (new lead, follow-up, gone silent, etc.) and generates a personalized text, email, or phone script. Choose your style and send.

3. Score Outcomes — When a customer replies, go to Outcomes and log whether they responded, set an appointment, or went cold. This trains your CTA intelligence over time.

4. Check Pipeline — See all your leads sorted by temperature (hot/warm/cold). Focus on Hot leads first — they're the ones most likely to buy this week.

5. Review Coaching — Check your response time, channel mix, and persistence stats. The Sales Playbook gives you scripts and objection handlers.

📱 Lead Scoring (How Scores Work)

Every lead gets a score from 0–100 based on these factors:

Recency — How recently you contacted them (biggest factor)
Engagement — Have they replied? Set an appointment?
Vehicle Interest — Do they have a specific vehicle in mind?
Visit History — Have they been to the dealership?
Touch Count — More follow-ups = higher persistence score

🔴 Hot (70-100) = Act now, high chance of closing
🟡 Warm (40-69) = Keep working, they're interested
🔵 Cold (1-39) = Needs re-engagement
⚪ Lost (0) = Bought elsewhere or dropped out

🚗 Inventory & Matching

Import your lot inventory from vAuto, DealerSocket, or any DMS export (CSV, Excel, or PDF).

LotShift uses your inventory to:
• Match customers to vehicles on your lot
• Include specific stock details in messages
• Suggest alternatives when their first choice isn't available

You can import multiple files — they merge together. Used and new inventory combine into one searchable list. Duplicate stock numbers are updated rather than duplicated.

📊 Coaching Center

Performance — Response time, persistence (avg touches per lead), and channel breakdown (text vs email vs phone).

CTA Intelligence — After you score enough outcomes (10+), LotShift learns which call-to-action phrases get the best response rates from YOUR customers.

Trends — Weekly tracking of messages sent and response rates. Needs at least 2 weeks of data to show meaningful trends.

Sales Playbook — Ready-made scripts for objection handling, voicemail, follow-up sequences, and closing techniques. These work regardless of data — use them from day one.
